In addition to being Medical Director of Lone Star Spine and our Chief Spine Surgeon, Dr. Kevin Gill is the Chief Medical Officer of St. Paul University Hospital/University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He is also Chief of the St. Paul University Hospital Orthopedic Surgery Department.

As an orthopedic surgeon Dr. Gill has performed more than 10,000 surgeries in his career. Surgical efficiency allows Dr. Gill's patients to spend less time under anesthesia. Perhaps that is why Dr. Gill's patients have high rates of recovery and lower complication rates.

In addition to performing surgery, Dr. Gill has written numerous articles for publication about the care and treatment of degenerative neck and low back conditions and his specialization in the areas of fixation and interbody fusion of the cervical and lumbar spine.
